Andrew and Disa are both experienced educators who share a passion for helping students be the best that they can be.  

 

Andrew Godson is a fully qualified teacher who works one-on-one with a diverse range of students across Australia.

He values individuality, imaginative learning and a strengths based approach. 

He is passionate about building confidence within your child, and enjoys facilitating unique sessions which foster growth. Andrew has over a decade of teaching experience in both high schools and primary schools across Victoria. In 2017 Andrew stepped away from full-time teaching to focus on his work in the acting industry. Not long after, parents of his past students began contacting him with tutoring enquiries. This lead Andrew to create Godson Tutor: a personalised tutoring service that is now available for students across Australia.

Disa Hill holds 14 years experience in Early Years Education, Primary Teaching and Support Teacher (Inclusive Education), 7 years corporate experience in coaching adults in all aspects of career development and currently works at supporting Griffith University students in achieving optimal wellbeing.

With a degree in Education and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology, Disa’s purpose in life is to support, inspire, influence and develop others. With good mental health and optimal wellbeing Disa believes all people can grow, develop and thrive. Sometimes life throws up challenges which tests our resilience, alters our ability to manage life and effects our overall wellbeing. The diagnosis of a child with a learning difficulty (or impairment), or difficulty in maintaining social connections, or a lack of self-confidence and self-worth or life can be overwhelming and Disa aims to offer support, guidance and coaching to students and families. 

 

Together, Andrew and Disa help families navigate through educational or life challenges, providing the space and time to work through these effectively to create positive outcomes.
